The challenge

Samlerhuset partnered with Adite with the overall aim of optimising its licensing agreements and negotiating more favourable terms for both licences and Azure consumption. With limited specialised resources internally within our specific areas, it was particularly attractive to join forces with a partner that possesses cutting-edge expertise in this area.
Process

The project was planned and executed within 2 months. During this time, Samlerhuset's needs were carefully analysed and three models were presented as potential solutions to tackle the challenge. The customer chose our "framework model," where Adite worked behind the scenes but still maintained a direct dialogue with the suppliers. Changing this approach was later considered following Samlerhuset's desire to be more active in the dialogue with suppliers, but the implementation of the model still went smoothly.
