It makes you happy and proud that so many people share our belief in the future of Adite.
We carried out the issue at a time when there was great uncertainty in the market, with listed companies, for example, experiencing stock market falls. We were therefore very excited about how the issue would go, and when it was virtually fully subscribed, I'm very pleased!
We have strengthened our team across departments by attracting more talent.
For example, we have put in place a new Director of the IT business area and a new Director of Sales. We have also strengthened the sales department with a new KAM and Account Manager, and have also established an HR function that has had an HR intern from BI on board for eight weeks. We also have a fantastic team at OSMB, both existing and new employees.
We have strengthened all areas of expertise in Adite. Things have moved faster than we thought, which means we're well positioned going into 2023 to achieve our goals..
Adite has also secured exciting agreements with a number of companies in various sectors that have chosen to use our IT services. The result of the rights issue, together with a new director for the IT business area, has also enabled us to accelerate the development of Adite Intel platform.
In summary, I'm proud of how much we've achieved in such a short time, and I'm looking forward to 2023!
The most exciting thing is the sum of all the parts in Adite. We're doing a lot of new things within OSMB. We're building an organisation with culture and values, and we're actively working on who Adite should be both internally and externally. We have put in place a management team that is changing the dynamics of the company for the better, which is very exciting.
But if you had to pick one thing, it's the focus on IT and the development of the Intel platform that tops the list. We're already ahead of schedule in the IT area, which is exciting.
