The trainee programme
The trainee programme at Adite started in 2018 and will run for the fourth consecutive year in 2021. As a trainee with us, you will be challenged by many different tasks. Over the course of approximately 9 months, you will move through three phases, with each phase building on your expertise while being introduced to new tasks. Evaluations during the programme ensure that tasks are adapted to your abilities and progression to ensure that you succeed in your career.
