We are now looking for new trainees to continue the development and growth of the the company. As a trainee, you will receive training in all the most essential elements of sales, in addition to specialised expertise in the telecom and datacom.

The trainee programme

The trainee programme has a duration of approximately 8-9 months with evaluations evaluations along the way to ensure your success, and is customised to your abilities and progression. After the trainee programme, there will be many opportunities for the the right candidate. Adite can offer tasks and responsibilities within meeting booking, sales, consulting, project management, business development, management and marketing.

You will be responsible for:

• Own customers from the start
• Reaching your own budget
• Build and develop your own customer portfolio and get in touch with key decision-makers.

We are looking for someone who is triggered by sales and development and who takes pride in their work. In addition, you must be able to see both short-term and long-term goals.

Work tasks:

• Participate in in-depth training in mobile solutions both technically and commercially
• Prospecting of potential customers
• Conduct sales meetings and close customers
• Economic analyses, consumption analyses and needs analyses
• Customer care and further development of existing customers
• Contribute to business development and new focus areas
• Project management and delivery of new solutions for the customer

Qualifications:

• Minimum completed bachelor's degree
• Good written and oral presentation skills in Norwegian
• Experience from sales is desirable, but not a prerequisite
