New telecoms solution cut costs by over 50% for Tekna

"Tekna had been with Telenor for a long time and was happy with it. After Adite came on board, they realised that we had a lot of expertise in areas that they did not have internally.

All companies have their individual needs, but Tekna had a particular requirement that often makes it difficult to negotiate on price. They did not want to commit.
After obtaining quotes through a tender process, Adite presented the advantages and disadvantages of the various suppliers, both technically and financially. Some Tekna employees were then given the opportunity to use Phonero for three months, which was Adite's recommended supplier. The advantages and disadvantages of the provider turned out to be in line with what Adite had presented in advance. By moving all subscriptions to Phonero, Tekna managed to more than halve the cost.

New round of tendering
Tekna did not want to have in-house expertise in this area and thought it was a good solution to allow an independent third party to make smart purchases in telecoms. That's why we entered into a more long-term collaboration, so that Tekna could be sure to have a good agreement at all times.
Two years later, we carried out a new tender round, where the costs were also cut further.

For Tekna's CTO, it is particularly reassuring to be able to stand behind the choice of supplier, knowing that the technical requirements have also been met.

Tekna knows best what their needs are when it comes to telecoms solutions. Adite knows best which suppliers can deliver on expectations while reducing costs. 
That's why it's natural to start with a needs analysis where we go through which functions need to be included in the delivery.

On behalf of Tekna, Adite conducted a tender with all relevant suppliers. Letting Adite carry out the tender was advantageous based on our knowledge of the suppliers. Only a few were able to offer solutions that met Tekna's needs.
One advantage of using Adite was that the tendering process was carried out very efficiently. Another advantage was that we were able to get an independent third party to look at the agreement. In this way, Tekna received an objective assessment from someone who has no incentive to sell one supplier over another.

Adite continuously analyses the use of services and costs for Tekna. Based on these analyses, Adite provides Tekna with tips and advice for changes, so that they always have an optimal solution. 

Tekna often has significantly higher data usage around the summer months, and the cost associated with buying extra data packages quickly becomes expensive. The solution was to let Adite do a "summer optimisation". We already have a full overview of all subscriptions, so we can easily increase and decrease the amount of data included for a couple of months based on the employees' needs.
