The challenge

Entra was in a typical situation where they had been using the same supplier for a long time without having carried out thorough assessments or comparisons between suppliers. They wanted to regain control and overview of their agreements.
Process

This is where Adite came in and laid the foundation for a professional procurement process, where there were a total of 12 relevant players who wanted to participate in the initial RFI round. In consultation with Adite, Entra invited six selected suppliers to participate in the RFP process. This resulted in a final negotiation where thorough assessments were made and Entra was left with the 2 best alternatives to be able to make a well-considered decision on a further partner.
