What was initially a specific need in telecoms procurement has since evolved into a comprehensive partnership. Software costs have grown dramatically in recent years, and the need for insight and control has become increasingly apparent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otheo performs automated actions on an ongoing basis - often hundreds of licence events a month - that would be very time-consuming to handle manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With Otheo, Ecura gets:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a comprehensive overview of licences, usage patterns and costs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automatic flagging of misallocation, inactive licences and over-licensing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data-driven decision support that makes it easier to optimise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automated processes that relieve the IT department and reduce risk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With automation, licence management is no longer a cumbersome, manual task - but a continuous, data-driven process that provides both control and savings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00abOtheo was a natural extension of our collaboration.
