Hectic! I became a mum for the first time on Christmas Day 2021 and was therefore on leave at the start of the year. Of course, the fantastic team at Adite performed brilliantly even in my absence, reaching budget for the first half of the year (woop!). But I'm not going to lie, it's been fantastic to get back to full-time work!
Shortly after I returned to full-time work, we moved into new, beautiful premises and finally got the Adite logo on the wall! There have been many important developments in Adite this year. I'm proud and humbled that the rights issue went the way it did, giving me and my department the opportunity to grow. We have two new additions to the telecoms team. Eivile and Tessi have contributed a lot of positive energy, and now we're ready to invest even more and really take off into next year!
It's been a pleasure to become such a great team in 2022, with a total of 13 new colleagues across departments. We have a young and inspiring environment in Adite with lots of colour in the office. Yours truly is working on getting out of the comfort zone with fewer black jumpsuits and more colour! Otherwise, we're a very competent bunch working at Adite, and the environment is characterised by a desire to deliver good results both individually, as a team and for our customers.
Naturally, we want to reach out to more medium-sized and large companies. We've built up a solid base of satisfied customers, and our goal is to get in touch with even more exciting companies to show them how much they can get out of a partnership with Adite.
In our department, our goals are to develop and become even better. One concrete goal is, of course, to smash the budget! We're always working to improve our expertise, and we'll continue to do so in the coming year. For example, we're currently building new training tools for future advisors, and we're learning a lot just from this process. It's also important that we continue to have fun at work!
I both hope and expect that 2023 will offer many exciting challenges. We're looking forward to it, and we're ready!
