About Adite
Adite is a growth company consisting of a young and energetic team of 8 people who are looking for new colleagues to join our sales department. We are Norway's only independent telecoms and datacom consultancy, and are continuing our ambitious project to build Norway's most competent consultancy in the industry. Our vision is to ensure that all our customers have an optimal telecoms solution based on their requirements and needs. This is a unique position that requires innovative thinking and determination.
To expand the team and develop the company, we are now looking for committed part-time employees who will contribute to increased meeting activity in the company. You will receive thorough training in prospecting and meeting booking, a skill that is essential in the sales profession. The meetings that are booked are distributed to our advisory salespeople and you will also be responsible for follow-up and coordination with those who carry out the meetings. If you thrive and succeed, you will have the opportunity to participate in customer meetings and become part of the consultative sales team.
Work tasks
- You get your own portfolio of companies
- Mapping of companies
- Lead generation
- Process and arrange meetings with potential customers
- Follow up meetings with customers when needed
Characteristics and skills
- You need to have grit and determination
- You must have the ability to execute
- You must be result-oriented
- It's an advantage to love talking on the phone
- Have good oral and written presentation skills
- Being a little structured is an advantage
